To request a return or refund:

  • Share clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice
  • Provide your order ID and registered contact details

Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
